Thank you, airport officers
(The CP also received this letter.)

I was about to board a plane to Kuala Lumpur in the morning of May 21 and lost my handbag containing cash, passport and all other documents when I was going to the washroom after checking-in at the Hong Kong International Airport. Not knowing what to do, I made a report to the Airport Police Station.

At the station, I was warmly received by the duty officer, Sergeant Yiu Kwai-chuen. Other officers including Senior Police Constable Fong Kwai-on, Police Constable Wong Tat-man as well as Woman Police Constable Tse Fung-ping were very helpful too.

Ms Tse and I looked around for my handbag and found it. What I was most impressed about was that she even walked me to the gate to ensure my smooth boarding.

The officers concerned showed their alertness and enthusiasm to serve the public and I would like to express my gratitude to them.

Hung Mei-wah.
