Kowloon facilities
Nine magistrates from North and South Kowloon Courts recently visited the Kowloon Regional Command and Control Centre. They were briefed by Senior Superintendent C. F. Thornborrow and Superintendent K. Dryden of Kowloon West Operations on the daily running of the 999, Traffic and District Consoles.
They were also shown the Higher Command and briefed on its operation and co-ordination with other regional resources in times of emergency or major crowd control duties. The judges also chatted with a host of officers at the Kowloon West Regional Headquarters Officers' Mess.
