The Force landed a total of 67 medals - 20 gold, 15 silver and 32 bronze - from a series of gutsy performances in 12 categories.

Many team members also took time out from the keen competition to mix with their police colleagues from other countries.

Some members even had a little time to take in some of Stockholm's sights.

They received a warm reception when they returned home with Police Sports Council Chairman Lionel Lam greeting them at Chek Lap Kok.
