CSP Yeung debriefed the teams on August 9, and they offered some excellent feedback.

Yau Ma Tei: The scheme is practical and should be implemented Force-wide as soon as possible. Communication between colleagues has improved.

Mong Kok: To improve service quality you should start internally, first with co-operation among Force members. And whenever they encounter difficulty it is important they are given adequate support.

Wan Chai: The management should have better communication with Junior Police Officers and should listen to their opinions and accept their views. In recent years the attitude of the management towards the JPOs has improved a lot, being more open, positive and supportive.

Tuen Mun: The biggest drawback is there is not enough resources in the Force to implement service quality improvements in all stations. If the management wants to introduce service quality improvements, they must ensure there is adequate manpower
