Yau Ma Tei staff go health

Hook, line and cuttlefish: This youngster and her dad get their catch
The Healthy Lifestyles Team of Yau Ma Tei Police Station recently held a number of activities to promote fitness among staff.

"Qi gong' classes for beginners were held weekly by renowned qi gong master Cheung Man-choi in a local community centre.

The martial art not only improved officers' fitness but might have also assisted in the arrest of a criminal or two!

Staff also enjoyed a night of fishing for cuttlefish off Sai Kung and Clear Water Bay.

Their catch of over 200 fresh cuttlefish were quickly cooked up and gulped down, prepared right on the deck of the boat under a beautiful moon-lit sky, the perfect cuttlefish-catching environment!

About 130 staff and family took part in the trip which included a seafood dinner in Sai Kung.
