The Friends of Hope Education Fund, whose members comprise mainly serving and retired police officers, donated a total of $56,600 to the Umah International Primary School in Yuen Long recently to help finance an improvement project for the school's facilities. A cheque was presented to Supervisor of the school Mohamed Alli Din by Vice-chairman of the Fund Senior Superintendent Chan Yiu-wing.
