The Director of the Guangdong Sub-Administration of the Customs General Administration, Liu Wenjie, called on the Commissioner of Police Eddie Hui Ki-on on October 12. He also visited a number of formations including the Criminal Intelligence Bureau, Hong Kong Island Regional Command and Control Centre, Marine Regional Headquarters as well as the Marine Command and Control Centre where he was briefed on their day-to-day operations.
