Outstanding KW PCs

Kowloon West Regional Commander M. Stradmoor presented Commanding Officer's Commendations to three officers recently for outstanding performance.
They were Police Constables Yeung Kwok-wai and Chan Kwok-ching from Kowloon West Crime, and PC Li Kwok-chung from Yau Tsim District.
