Bravo, Charlie, good job!
Police Tactical Unit officers undergo rigorous training regularly to keep them not only in top physical form, but also drilled to handle a number of scenarios.
OffBeat photographer Benny Ho caught up with a couple of PTU companies training recently and took these great shots of them in action.
Benny went with Bravo Company to Tai A Chau for a live-fire exercise taking advantage of the abandoned island's isolation to train with live CS gas canisters and CS grenades.
Meanwhile, Charlie Company practised hut entry, opposed-gate entry and clearance sweeping at Shek Kong camp.
We hope these top shots give you a better idea of the skills of the Unit. Enjoy!
