Commissioner of Police Eddie Hui Ki-on presented promotion letters to three officers on December 28. Sau Mau Ping Deputy District Commander Patrick Leung Fui was promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent. Albert Chan Kin-hung of Personnel Wing and Daniel Lawley of New Territories North (Operations) were promoted to the rank of Superintendent.
