Tsim Sha Tsui elderly visit Tsim Sha Tsui Divisional Commander Russell Mallabone, his officers and Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association members visited elderly patients at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Yau Ma Tei Geriatric Day Hospital and the Kwong Wah Hospital on January 26.
