Regional Commander Kowloon West M. Stradmoor presented Commanding Officer's Commendations to five police officers on January 27 for their outstanding performances. They were Senior Inspectors Lau Chi-ming and Chow King-sing, Station Sergeant Lau Yiu-fan and Police Constable Lam Pit-tat from Crime Kowloon City District, as well as PC Siu Ying-kit from Kowloon West Headquarters.
