Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police James Walker returned to Police Headquarters on February 21 to receive a souvenir from Commissioner of Police Eddie Hui Ki-on and his Bronze Bauhinia Star awarded by Chief Executive Tung Chee Hwa in July last year.
Mr Walker joined the Force in 1966 as an Inspector and was promoted to ACP in 1994. His last posting was Kowloon West Regional Commander. He started his pre-retirement leave last June and formally retired on February 7.
