Secretary for the Treasury Denise Yue inspected 23 Probationary Inspectors and 122 Police Constables passing out of the Police Training School on April 1.
Miss Yue said the Force's workload was getting heavier with higher public expectations. Its was winning the community's trust through top work, she added.
