119 Auxiliaries pass out

A batch of 119 Auxiliary Police Constables completed their 320 hours basic training in 33 weeks and graduated March 31 at the Auxiliary Police Headquarters.

The group consisted of seven master's degree holders, 41 university graduates and 23 holders of higher diplomas. The rest had completed Form Five to Form Seven education.

They hailed from different professions and included civil servants, teachers, engineers, accountants and others.

They said that the training and service in the Auxiliary Force had broadened their experiences and horizons.
