Robert C. Nicoll
1944 - 2000
Robert (Bob) Nicoll died suddenly of a heart attack in Spain on May 16, aged 55.
Joining the Force in 1964 he retired as a Senior Superintendent in 1997. He is survived by his wife and three sons.
Alexander Chalmers
1932 - 2000
Alexander (Sandy) Chalmers passed away at home in Edinburgh on May 24 after a long battle with cancer, aged 68.
He joined the Force in 1953 and retired as a Chief Inspector in 1987, serving mostly the Marine and New Territories Regions.
