The accolade was for his exceptionally high standard of performance in assisting the Government to establish the Youth Pre-employment Training Programme between September and April.

The programme, providing teenagers with career-related instruction to enhance their competitiveness in the job market, was successfully implemented at PTS.

The Force's contribution was highly acclaimed by Chief Executive Tung Chee Hwa.

A number of dignitaries also hailed the effort.
