Commissioner Eddie Hui Ki-on presented promotion letters to four officers on October 4 at Police Headquarters.
Kowloon City Deputy District Commander Harry Chung Hung-fung was promoted to Senior Superintendent, while Western Division's Mark Taylor, Personnel Management Branch's Angela Ng Ho-chun and Criminal Intelligence Bureau's Edmund Law Ngan-hung were promoted to Superintendent.
