Sharp eye on crime
On October 6, around 10.45 pm while I enjoyed shopping in Mong Kok, I was not aware a man was about to steal my mobile phone. At the critical moment, Sergeant Lai Shing-tak (Mong Kok District Patrol Sub-unit Three) and his colleagues (MK DIST PSU One Police Constables Dick Fan Wing-kwong and Fung Kwok-leung) stopped and arrested him.
The top efficiency and valuable help of SGT Lai and his colleagues is highly appreciated. I feel proud of them and the Hong Kong Police Force.
