Essex Police Chief Constable David Stevens led a delegation of three to visit the Force from November 26 to December 1. They met Commissioner Eddie Hui Ki-on and other senior officers, visited the Police Training School where they gave a presentation on how Essex Police handled a recent hijacking, and toured a number of formations including Airport and Border Districts, and the Marine Regional and Police Tactical Unit Headquarters.
