ISO9001 certification for ITB Central Helpdesk

The Information Technology Branch Central Helpdesk was awarded the ISO9001 Quality Management Certificate by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA), on December 22.

The accreditation signified that the Helpdesk's operation and service met international standards. HKQAA would conduct an audit periodically to ensure its operation remained at ISO9001 standard. Chief Systems Manager Eliza Lee accepted the certificate on behalf of the Force. "The certification is great encouragement for us. We will continue to provide the best support services to all Force systems users," she said.
