Assistant Commissioner (Service Quality) Harry Blud presented accolades to 23 Service Quality Wing officers on February 9. Six were handed Commanding Officers' Commendations, seven were awarded Letters of Appreciation and 10 were presented Police Long Service Medals and Clasps.
