Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service Standing Committee Chairman Bernard Chan led a delegation of SCDS members and secretariat staff to Police Headquarters on February 27.
They were received by Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui and Senior Directorate officers before being briefed by Narcotics Bureau Chief Superintendent Henrique Koo Sii-hong on drug trafficking trends and enforcement strategy. They also met representatives of staff associations.
The delegation comprised Chairman of the Police Sub-Committee of SCDS Martin Barrow as well as other SCDS members Nicholas Chiu, Joseph Ho, Nicky Lo, Eddie Ng and Almon Poon, as well as a couple of secretariat members.
