Trigger happy: Force marksmen celebrate their huge haul of medals and trophies

Three officers once again outperformed local Olympic marksmen in the Hong Kong Annual Shooting Championships, held over January and February at Kau Wa Keng in Kowloon.

The event saw Sergeant Stephen Lee Siu-wah win the gold, Auxiliary Chief Inspector Edgar Yang Joe-tsi the silver, and Inspector Patrick Man Kin-hung the bronze for rapid firing, a high performance event, on February 4. The achievement was a first in Hong Kong's UIT shooting history.

IP Man won gold in the standard pistol category, and SGT Lee also secured a silver in the centre firing. Woman Police Constable Wong Tung-nei nabbed second place in the ladies' sports pistol event.

Superintendent Weapons Training Albert Lee Yeung-chi was one of the guest prize presenters.
