Some 50 people attended a seminar on preventing vehicle crime at Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station on April 4. Participants exchanged views on vehicle security, including thefts and the taking of conveyance without authority. TST Divisional Commander Winnie Chiu Wai-yin, Yau Tsim Mong District Fight Crime Committee Chairman Ip Kwok-chung and hotel and security company staff attended.
Meanwhile, another 50 participants were at a seminar on building security at Yau Ma Tei Police Station on April 6. With YMT Divisional Commander Anthony Wong Wai-fung and representatives from building management companies and owners' corporations in attendance, the discussion looked at YMT's crime situation, crime prevention measures, security policies and building management.
