Promotion pairing
Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui presented promotion letters to Sidney Chau Foo-cheong, seconded to the Airport Authority, and Kenny Ip Lau-chuen of the Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch at Police Headquarters on April 19. Mr Chau was promoted to the rank of Senior Assistant Commissioner on January 14, while Mr Ip became a Chief Superintendent on March 5.
