Top credit for card-sharp officer
(A summany of a letter sent to Commissioner Tsang Yam-pui)
In January, I lost my credit card and someone used it to steal $6,500. I made a report to the Airport Police Station and Airport Division"s Tong Biu investigated the case and it was taken to court. A series of thefts were detected as two other staff members of my company also lost their cards and the culprits used them. The Police action caused us to suffer no property loss in the cases. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Mr Tong.
