The Force's new troop of Scene of Crime Officers (SOCOs) received certificates from Assistant Commissioner Crime Peter Yam Tat-wing on June 29, at the Senior Officers' Mess in Police Headquarters. The presentation marked their graduation from a programme giving them specialised training in gathering and handling fragile DNA evidence.
