Seconded officer lands QPM

Do you remember Peter Williams? He served the Force as a Superintendent on secondment from the United Kingdom from 1990 to 1992. He was recently awarded the Queen's Police Medal, which came in the wake of his retirement as the National Secretary of the Police Superintendents' Association of England and Wales.

Participating in the HK-UK officer exchange programme, Mr Williams' posts during his secondment included Tai Po Assistant District Commander and Staff Officer Traffic New Territories Region, Enforcement and Control.
