It's triathlon time again . . .

Get set for the Police Triathlon set for October 6 at Tai Mei Tuk Water Sports Centre in Tai Po. The event will consist of a 600- to 800-metre swim, a six- to eight-kilometre canoe, and a 10- to 12-kilometre run.

It will be divided into five categories: Men's Open (any Regular, Auxiliary or civilian under 40); Men's Senior (those over 40); Ladies (no age limit); Invitation (those from outside organisations); and Youth (children of Police staff, aged 14 to 18).

Meanwhile, the Police Adventure Club is also organising its annual summer camp. This time it is slated for August 18 and 19 at Chek Kan in Sai Kung.

It is open to all Force and Club members and their families. For information or to book call Shum Shiu-yuen at 8201-1433 by August 8.
