Officers of Crime New Territories North Regional Headquarters were thanked by the parents of a young victim who was freed following a recent kidnapping case in a presentation ceremony held at the NTN Headquarters on August 2. Regional Commander John Chung Hiu-pang, Senior Superintendent Crime NTN Kwok Cho-kuen and other officers received silver plates and a pennant from the victim's grateful parents.
