The overwhelming reponse to the Marine Harbour Division's "Sailing Helmsman Training" course conducted in conjunction with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department in May and June, prompted the holding of two further "Introduction to Sailing Training" classes in July, which were also attended by Force members' children. Participants of the May/June course received a Level 2 Dinghy Certificate after they grasped sailing techniques together with basic theory and practice on helmsman and crew manoeuvres.
