Children's basketball champs

Kids battled it out on the court until the final heart-stopping seconds during a series of matches played at the conclusion of a basketball course organised for officers' children on August 23.

Nearly 50 youngsters completed the five-week summer basketball training course. Participants were split into six teams: Raptors; Splinters; Bees; Sharks; P-Gun and MS-08 to compete in the Chairman's Cup Annual Basketball Tournament.

At the end of the day P-Gun and Raptors won the Chairman's Trophies in the junior and intermediate divisions respectively.

Other category winners included:

Cheng Chi-keung (Raptors) - Best coach; Cheng Sai-wai (Raptors) - Most Valued Player; Ng Pui-him (Bees)-Best Rebound; and Fu Yat-sing (P-Gun) - Best Shooter.
