HKI promotes Putonghua |

To support the Government's bi- and trilingual promotions and to further raise the existing standards of Putonghua, Traffic Hong Kong Island colleagues launched an ongoing series of Putonghua classes from October 10 to December 12. This programme is subsidised by the Healthy Lifestyles Project Fund.
Participants learn Putonghua with tutor Li Shaojun during their lunch break in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at Central Police Station. The response to these classes has been most positive. Colleagues who are interested in attending these classes to improve their Putonghua should contact Rosina Chu Yuen-yee at 2841-6391.
