A welcoming environment

In line with the Force's implementation of the Customer Service Improvement Project, the station rejuvenation program of Ngau Tau Kok Police Station, which commenced in September 2000, was completed on October 14.

The rejuvenated report room provides a comfortable, friendly environment for members of the public enabling the Force to promote a high quality service culture. Kowloon East Regional Commander Mak Man-poon, Kowloon East Deputy Regional Commander Kevan Cooper, Kwun Tong District Fight Crime Committee Chairman Fung Kam-chiu, Kwun Tong West Area Committee Chairman Chan Kim-yau and Kwun Tong District Council members visited the re-opened report room in Ngau Tau Kok Police Station on October 17. The guests were reportedly very impressed with the improved facilities in the report room.
