One of the highlights was the Sau Mau Ping Police Community Relations Office and the Excellent Women Association staging of an "Excellent Women Fight Crime Cantonese Opera Night" in Shun Tin Estate last month.

The HK Police Chinese Culture Club Cantonese Opera Group also participated in the event. Repertoire of the group included performances by Superintendent Au Yeung Yun-chun, Station Sergeant Ho Kam-fong and Station Sergeant Chiu Wan-yung.

During the winter precaution campaign, the Sau Mau Ping District deployed extra officers on patrol.
