Tai Po road safety carnival |

More than 10,000 people attended the road safety carnival held last month in Tai Po. It was jointly organised by the Tai Po District Police Community Relations Office and the Working Group on Tai Po Road Safety Campaign. The carnival featured a display of a laser gun and a breathalyser, a road safety exhibition, a quiz, musical and dance performances by students, a magic show, game booths, snack stalls and many other activities. Prizes were also presented to kindergarten, primary and secondary students who won the colour filling, slogan and painting road safety competitions respectively. Officiating guests included Tai Po District Officer Frankie Lui, Acting Tai Po Divisional Commander Sin Wai-kwan and Chairman of the Working Group on Road Safety Campaign Chan Mei-tak.
