Participants may submit more than one colour photo of size 8" x 10". Only 35mm films should be used. Digital photos, slides and computer touch-up photos will not be accepted.

Prizes are: Champion, first runner-up, second runner-up and 30 third runners-up.

Application forms and details of the competition can be obtained via PEN or from Training and Staff Relations Officers.

Entries should be submitted during office hours to PPRB, Rooms 401-407, Harcourt House, 4th floor, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai (Attn: Ms Wendy Man/IO Pub (1)/PPRB).

Entries will not be returned and the Force will retain all copyrights.

The deadline for entries is 5 pm on Friday, February 22.

Results of the contest will be published in OffBeat on Wednesday, March 13.
