Force benevolence acknowledged
At a presentation ceremony held in early September, the Community Chest thanked the Hong Kong Police Force for the very generous donation of HK$201,089.60 to the 2001/02 Corporate and Employee Contribution Programme. On behalf of the Force, Chief Superintendent (Personnel Services), Mr Jawaid Khan, accepted a Silver Award and the 8th Top Fund-raiser Award from the Chest.
The Community Chest will hold the Dress Casual Day 2002 on 30 September (the day before National Day). Force participation is invited.
