Honours and Awards Presentation Ceremony
A total of 25 serving and retired officers who were decorated in the 2002 Honours received their insignia at a ceremony in Government House on October 12. Picture shows the Commissioner, Mr Tsang Yam-pui, and the family of the late constable, Leung Shing-yan during a garden party after the presentation. Shing-yan was posthumously awarded the Medal for Bravery (Silver) in recognition of the gallantry he displayed while on duty on March 14 last year.
