During a familiarisation trip to Guangdong's Nanhai Public Security Bureau in September, staff and trainees of a Station Sergeant Promotion Course were surprised to witness the arrival of Commissioner, Mr Tsang Yam-pui. It seems that Mr Tsang, a native son of Nanhai, had been invited there by the Mayor to attend a celebration at which he was awarded 'Honourable Citizen'status.
