In September, Tsuen Wan District Commander, Mr Austin Kerrigan led senior officers, community relations officers and district anti-triad section staff in presenting a comprehensive briefing on youth crime problems and solutions to 60 headmasters and disciplinary masters from 28 schools. Mr Kerrigan said that the Force was determined to suppress establishments and activities that led young people into crime. But he stressed that they could only be truly effective with the support of teachers and parents.
