Databases for OC DVITs and OSSUCs
What a Christmas Gift! In September, we announced the formation of working groups for the identification of useful knowledge for OC DVITs, OSSUCs and ASSUCs. With the painstaking efforts of group members and the two Chairmen (Crime Wing Headquarters' Superintendent Mr Mathew Hemmings and Support Wing Superintendent Mr Bob Priest), the databases for OC DVITs and OSSUCs were running on the KM Menu under 'Collaboration Forum' and 'Support Wing' respectively by early December.
The two databases have captured the basic knowledge that is frequently referred to by the target groups. However, to keep pace with the ever-changing and increasing demands of the community, we are watching out for good practical tips. Your valuable experience, and willingness to share it with us, will definitely make a difference. So please contact your regional representatives or the Chairmen direct and arrange to make your contribution. Details of regional representatives of various working groups can be obtained from the 'What's new in SQW' database which is another new product under KM.
The database for ASSUCs is still under construction and will be released Forcewide in due course.
