The letter was sent to Tai Po District Commander, Mr Suen Kwai-leung, by the Association of Secondary School Heads (Tai Po District), Tai Po District Primary School Heads Association, and Tai Po Association for Promotion of Educational Exchange.

Apart from organising school visits and anti-crime seminars, the principals said they were impressed with the officers' hard work. District officers reached out to venues frequented by youngsters and tried to establish friendship with them so as to bring them back onto the right track.
