Mr Pieter-Jaap Aalbersberg, the Assistant Chief Constable, IJsselland, the Netherlands and Mr Willebrord Freijsen, the Deputy Chief of Organised Crime & Fraud in Amsterdam, paid a courtesy call on Commissioner Mr Tsang Yam-pui in mid-January while visiting Hong Kong.
