Police win Trailwalker fund-raising award
The Hong Kong Police won, for the 7th consecutive year, the Government Departments category Fund Raising Award in Trailwalker 2002. Eight four-person Police teams raised more than $130,000 for Oxfam.
A cross-section of members of the Police teams, who received the award on behalf of the Force, included Mr Dominic Yue, Mr Dave Shephard, Ms Nancy Ngan, Mr Johnny Chan and Mr Wong Chi-keung.
Mr Eddie Chiu also received a souvenir on behalf of the Force in recognition of its logistical assistance to the event.
