Promoted to the rank of Senior Superintendent were Mr Jacob Cheung Tak-keung, Mr Bernie So Kam-tong, and Ms Shirley Chu Ming-po; to Superintendent were Mr Mike Holubowskyj, Ms Rebecca Lam Hiu-tong, Mr Edwin Lam Man-wing, Mr Victor Kung Wai-kwok, and Mr Patrick Pang Shu-hung.

As Mr Bernie So and Mr Victor Kung are on secondment overseas and on leave respectively, separate arrangements will be made for the promotion letters to be presented.
