More than 100 school principals, teachers, parents and social workers have attended the seminars conducted jointly with the Education and Manpower Bareau's School Development Section and the Parent-Teacher Associations Federation of the North District and Tai Po District. The participants have shared their experience in dealing with juvenile issues and discussed measures to prevent juveniles from assembling for unlawful purposes.

The participants have also been briefed by Tai Po District officers on the strategy of cracking down on triads with a view to protecting students from triad nuisances.
