Commissioner Mr Tsang Yam-pui recently presented a promotion letter to Superintendent Ms Sandy Chan Chiu-ying at a ceremony at the Police Headquarters.
Mr Victor Kung Wai-kwok, who was promoted to the rank of Superintendent at a previous promotion exercise but was on leave at the time of the last presentation of promotion letters, also received the letter on this occasion.
