Twelve members of the Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC), led by the Council's Vice-chairman Mr Yeung Yiu-chung, visited vice establishments in Mong Kok on February 26, and talked to officers about the difficulties they encountered during anti-vice operations.

The visit was part of a series of events organised by Complaints and Internal Investigations Branch (C&IIB) to enhance IPCC members' understanding of the practical problems being faced by frontline officers. Accompanying the members on their visit were Assistant Commissioner (Service Quality) Wong Doon-yee, Mong Kok District Commander Cheuk Chun-yin and Chief Superintendent (C&IIB) Debbie Chang.
